Property Listing Policy

This policy applies to developers, builders, brokers, agents, and property owners who advertise properties on Amra Property.

By listing properties on the platform, advertisers agree to comply with the following terms.

Accuracy of Information

Advertisers must ensure that all property details provided are accurate, including:

False or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

All advertisers must comply with applicable laws including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

Projects that require registration must be registered with the relevant State RERA authority.

For projects located in Maharashtra, registration with MahaRERA is mandatory where applicable.

Developers must provide the RERA registration number where required.

The following listings are not permitted:

Amra Property reserves the right to remove such listings without prior notice.

Amra Property may promote listings through:

Leads generated through these campaigns will be shared directly with the property advertiser.

Amra Property operates on a subscription-based model for listing and marketing services.

Advertisers pay subscription fees for listing properties and generating leads.

The platform does not charge brokerage or commission.
